Employment Law Counsel
Advise EXCO clients on employment law matters, including legal procedures, company agreements, and employment audits.
Description
- Advise and support clients on employment law matters
- Manage individual employment procedures, including disciplinary actions and contract terminations
- Draft and review company agreements for legal compliance
- Prepare legally required employment documents
- Organize and oversee employee representative elections
- Perform employment law audits and legal monitoring assignments
- Provide legal support to payroll administrators
- Work with the firm’s departments to deliver coordinated client support
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Employment Law
- Initial professional experience, preferably in an accounting firm, law firm, or comparable environment
- Excellent writing ability and meticulous legal attention to detail
- Client-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Intellectual curiosity and sound analytical ability
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and contribute to a team
- Proficiency with office applications and legal research databases
