Education Content Creator — Elliptic (Hybrid, UK Contract)
Create LMS courses and crypto-learning products for Elliptic, a blockchain data and intelligence company. Lead learner onboarding, content development, and customer education during a maternity-cover contract.
Description
- Lead education content and LMS operations throughout the approximately 12-month maternity-cover contract
- Partner closely with the Director of Education Product Development
- Create complete learning experiences with engaging narratives and defined learner outcomes
- Develop tailored storyboards and learning modules for banking and financial-services customers
- Build e-learning modules with Articulate Rise 360, Canva, and ElevenLabs
- Update and improve Elliptic Learn products to maintain accurate, current content
- Produce materials spanning knowledge delivery and immersive, scenario-based practice
- Create product training that supports and certifies users of blockchain analytics tools
- Help design role-specific learning pathways for traditional finance, crypto-native, and government audiences
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Elliptic LMS
- Enrol and onboard internal and external learners while resolving issues
- Support customers and learners directly throughout their learning experience
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop content
- Contribute to content-marketing initiatives
- Evaluate, test, and implement technology that improves the learner experience
- Apply AI tools including Claude and ElevenLabs to streamline content creation, LMS processes, and daily work
- Find opportunities to strengthen the Elliptic Learn offering
Requirements
- Demonstrated end-to-end learning or instructional design experience, from storyboarding through build and deployment
- Practical experience with Articulate 360, especially Rise 360
- Experience administering an LMS and managing enrolment, troubleshooting, and learner support
- Background creating both B2B and B2C learning content
- Experience delivering learning through multiple channels
- Able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and subject matter experts
- Comfortable communicating directly with customers and learners in a front-of-house role
- Proficient with Canva, ElevenLabs, or comparable design and AI-enabled tools
- Able to use AI tools to accelerate content and administrative work
- Self-directed and comfortable working across multiple responsibilities in a small team
- Knowledge of crypto, crypto compliance, or blockchain analytics is a plus
- Experience supporting global audiences is a plus
- Experience with private-sector and government clients, especially financial-crime or product training, is a plus
- Experience with LearnWorlds, Articulate 360, and Canva is a plus
- Experience writing, researching, sourcing, or curating content is a plus
