Provide Dutch-language customer support for bol.com, an e-commerce platform serving customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. This full-time remote role is based anywhere in Portugal and includes rotating shifts and relocation assistance.
Description
- Deliver customer support for bol.com, serving customers across the Netherlands and Belgium
- Work remotely from anywhere in Portugal
- Work 40 hours per week on rotating Monday-to-Sunday shifts
- Complete the provided paid training
- Assist customers in a direct customer-facing role
Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch proficiency
- Confidence working directly with customers
- Availability for full-time work and rotating shifts
- EU citizenship or valid authorization to live and work in Portugal
- An up-to-date CV written in English
