Digital Delivery Program Coordinator (California Remote)

Coordinate digital delivery for VEC’s single data center project, managing construction data, common data environment deliverables, reporting inputs, action logs, and KPI dashboards.

Description

  • Coordinate digital delivery for one data center project
  • Manage the Digital Delivery program across multiple data platforms
  • Track required documents, models, and data uploads
  • Identify and resolve late, missing, duplicate, or outdated information before it blocks progress
  • Prepare meeting agendas and distribute accurate minutes on schedule
  • Maintain action, issue, and risk registers
  • Prepare project status summaries for the Program Manager and project team
  • Monitor deliverable progress and stakeholder ownership
  • Check naming, metadata, folder structure, and version status in the common data environment
  • Review, deactivate, and audit inactive CDE users
  • Keep CDE and deliverable trackers accurate while reducing data fragmentation
  • Collect weekly workstream updates ahead of reporting deadlines
  • Identify missing, stale, or conflicting data before reports are issued
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting packages and dashboard maintenance
  • Manage inputs for the Delivery Control System
  • Convert project updates into KPI dashboards for executive audiences
  • Create and deploy automated tools to assess digital asset readiness from design through operational handover
  • Report to the Digital Delivery Program Manager for a single-site assignment

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction project delivery, project coordination, document control, or digital delivery support
  • Working knowledge of construction delivery, BIM/VDC fundamentals, CDE and document-control workflows, RFIs, submittals, issue logs, project dashboards, meeting processes, OFE and vendor tracking, and closeout or handover activities
  • Ability to build and manage spreadsheets, dashboards, trackers, and issue logs at scale
  • Strong written communication skills for meeting minutes, status summaries, and escalations
  • Ability to coordinate action items and deadlines across multiple parties
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Forma, Navisworks, and Revit for navigating models and deliverables
  • Ability to run validation checksets in common data environment platforms according to program SOPs
  • Working proficiency with Excel or Smartsheet
  • Working proficiency with Power BI or comparable dashboard tools
  • Working proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT, including review of outputs before use
  • Ability to maintain structured project data, including metadata, naming conventions, and version status
  • Proactive approach to identifying gaps, delays, and unclear ownership, with sound escalation judgment
  • Comfort working with technical and non-technical teams and translating information between them
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with consistent follow-through on recurring work and deadlines
  • Comfort working closely with the project team and holding stakeholders accountable for commitments
