Description

  • Design, build, and support Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE infrastructure across on-premises environments and Google Cloud.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployments with Terraform and Ansible.
  • Monitor GCP resources to improve performance, control costs, and maintain security.
  • Administer Compute Engine, VPC, ILBs, EGLBs, UIGs, MIGs, storage, Cloud SQL, and other GCP services.
  • Provide technical support for 3DEXPERIENCE platform applications.
  • Investigate performance problems and resolve application errors with application developers.
  • Apply and maintain security controls across platform infrastructure and applications.
  • Optimize platform performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
  • Handle infrastructure and application incidents through resolution.
  • Document infrastructure architecture, configurations, and operational processes.
  • Work closely with application developers, database administrators, and security engineers.
  • Assess technologies and tools that can improve infrastructure efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in DevOps or a comparable role, focused on cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing Ansible playbooks, tasks, and roles.
  • Experience using Ansible to automate provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments.
  • Experience integrating Ansible with Linux, Windows, and containerized environments.
  • Extensive Google Cloud experience spanning Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Networking, and Cloud Load Balancing.
  • Strong capability with infrastructure-as-code tools, particularly Terraform and Ansible.
  • Sound knowledge of servers and virtualization technologies, including virtual machines, containers, and serverless computing.
  • Strong grasp of routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing.
  • Advanced knowledge of JVMs, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, and HAProxy.
  • Strong scripting ability in Bash and Python.
  • Thorough understanding of security principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
