Support Booz Allen’s Kubernetes platform and customers with AWS, Terraform, and DevSecOps workflows. Automate cloud infrastructure for the Intelligence Community.

Description

  • Provide hands-on support to customers using a Kubernetes-based platform
  • Diagnose application and infrastructure issues
  • Handle support requests by phone and chat
  • Help customers with onboarding, deployments, and application development workflows
  • Help build and maintain an open-source DevSecOps pipeline
  • Automate configuration management and infrastructure provisioning with Infrastructure as Code
  • Onboard organizations to DevOps practices
  • Promote the adoption of DevOps processes, tools, and roles
  • Develop tools for the Intelligence Community

Requirements

  • At least 4 years developing tools and processes to advance DevOps or DevSecOps maturity, including building and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code solutions with Terraform or Terragrunt
  • At least 4 years developing, deploying, and managing cloud applications, including on AWS
  • At least 3 years diagnosing, triaging, and resolving CI/CD pipeline failures or performance issues
  • At least 2 years deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes
  • Experience developing multi-tenant, enterprise cloud-native solutions
  • Experience collaborating with application development teams across the software development life cycle and solving complex problems
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required
  • Bachelor’s degree, or at least 4 years of DevOps experience in place of a degree
  • Ability to earn a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within 6 months of starting
  • Experience scripting or programming with Bash, Python, Groovy, or Go
  • Experience with Kubernetes Operators, Rancher, and RKE2
  • Experience using or managing ArgoCD, Grafana, or Elasticsearch
  • Experience with Jenkins or GitLab Runners
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer certification
  • Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification
