- Guide participants through problem definition activities
- Conduct empathy interviews to understand user needs
- Facilitate structured brainstorming sessions
- Frame and define challenges for investigation
- Develop prototypes to explore potential solutions
- Test prototypes with users and gather feedback
- Complete project work under faculty supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Five years of professional experience
- Knowledge of Design Thinking may be considered
- Resume submission required
