Data Measurement and Reporting Analyst – Remote, United States

Support Evernorth Health Services with SQL, Tableau, and reporting expertise. Improve data quality, governance, and client-facing healthcare analytics.

Description

  • Support account management and clinical account executive teams with client deliverables
  • Handle tactical work that keeps data available, accurate, and usable
  • Deliver scheduled and ad hoc reports
  • Guide advanced analysis and communicate findings to project stakeholders
  • Use SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, or comparable tools to examine large datasets
  • Assemble datasets and develop data models
  • Monitor and enhance data quality and performance
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recurring patterns
  • Work with internal teams to clarify business priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Establish and implement data governance practices
  • Refine reporting workflows and procedures
  • Oversee ongoing company data operations initiatives
  • Assess opportunities for system and process improvements
  • Advise stakeholders on communicating report findings to clients
  • Build tools and workflows that support clients and account teams

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of healthcare or managed care experience focused on data analysis, data management, relational databases, and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • Ability to write SAS or SQL code to query and retrieve data across multiple tables and sources
  • Intermediate knowledge of relational database concepts
  • Claims reporting, in-depth analysis, and benefits utilization analysis experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Alteryx, Tableau, Python, or comparable data mining and manipulation tools
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access
  • Experience converting business requirements into practical internal and client-facing reports
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Advanced data mining, research, and root cause analysis capabilities
  • Self-directed approach with strong initiative and prioritization skills
  • Home cable broadband or fiber optic internet service providing at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds
