Description

  • Shape and document clients’ business visions and strategic ambitions
  • Translate client challenges into practical AI and data solutions
  • Evaluate the expected value and organizational impact of proposed solutions
  • Guide organizations through data and AI transformation programs
  • Create organizational designs, data governance frameworks, and operating models
  • Support training programs and change management efforts
  • Develop AI, Generative AI, and data architectures, solutions, and services
  • Work with Data Science, UX/UI, and architecture specialists
  • Support presales and project delivery within multidisciplinary teams
  • Help advance Capgemini Invent’s AI, Generative AI, and data methodologies, tools, viewpoints, and assets
  • Partner with Capgemini Invent colleagues across more than 20 countries

Requirements

  • A degree from an engineering or business school, or a university
  • A strong interest in using AI, data, and innovation to improve business transformation
  • Early professional experience in consulting, an operating role at a large company, or a startup or technology business
  • Hands-on experience with data or AI projects
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken French and English
  • Strong analytical and information-synthesis abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
  • A proven ability to influence audiences verbally and in writing
  • Motivation to work in a dynamic environment alongside Data, AI, and Generative AI specialists
