Description
- Handle daily inquiries from business customers through the Visitt ticketing system
- Route and coordinate maintenance issues with electricians, air-conditioning technicians, plumbers, and other vendors
- Work continuously with internal teams and external suppliers
- Provide service to customers currently occupying the property
- Prepare quotations for upgrades and modifications
- Occasionally attend customer meetings or handle minor tasks on site
