Crypto Fund Operations Manager at Re7 Capital — Remote UK
Lead fund operations for Re7 Capital’s digital asset strategies, covering valuation, DeFi operations, reporting, risk, and financial management. Support the growth of the firm’s global crypto investment platform.
Description
- Oversee fund valuation with administrators and portfolio teams
- Coordinate accurate, timely investor reporting across internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver process improvements through tooling, automation, and procedural enhancements
- Manage month-end close activities and pricing updates for tokenised funds and strategies
- Build administrator oversight frameworks and valuation governance
- Monitor pricing sources for illiquid and complex assets
- Enhance portfolio valuation tools and operating processes
- Establish data-quality controls and reconciliation routines
- Coordinate fund audits and related deliverables
- Set ownership and validation standards for performance, AUM, and exposure data
- Standardise and automate internal and external reporting packs
- Oversee tokenised reporting integrations, including smart contracts and on-chain transparency
- Lead projects involving infrastructure and operational process improvements
- Plan and deliver new fund and strategy launches
- Manage counterparty due diligence and maintain supporting documentation
- Manage exchange and smart-wallet relationships, including account openings
- Represent Fund Operations in investment committee meetings
- Maintain operational risk frameworks and risk-control self-assessments
- Monitor performance against defined risk thresholds and parameters
- Lead third-party risk assessments for MPC wallet providers and exchanges
- Manage incident reporting and root-cause analysis for operational breaches
- Oversee client onboarding and coordinate AML/KYC activities
- Develop onboarding metrics and manage subscription and redemption workflows
- Prepare group financial reports, quarterly reporting, forecasts, budgets, and performance reviews
- Manage group liquidity and build P&L and liquidity dashboards
- Oversee client invoicing and on-chain revenue collection and reporting
- Administer sales incentive programs, including commission tracking and calculations
- Support intercompany transactions, financial strategy, and performance KPI initiatives
- Contribute to new business and product expansion while supporting other business areas as needed
Requirements
- At least five years of operations experience in crypto, traditional finance, and/or fintech, including two or more years in investment fund operations or fund administration
- Take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced, demanding environment
