Controller – Hanau On-Site

Manage project controlling, forecasts, reporting, and governance for Heraeus Site Operations in Hanau. Support budgets and project accounting for the materials and technology group.

Description

  • Manage project controlling activities
  • Produce monthly project status reports, analyze plan-versus-actual variances, and assess opportunities and risks
  • Organize and lead regular PMO meetings
  • Maintain compliance with internal corporate governance requirements
  • Develop and apply commercial processes covering project and budget requests and invoice creation
  • Prepare forecasts for assigned projects
  • Contribute to the HSO project budget
  • Support month-end and year-end project accounting, including asset capitalization and provision calculations
  • Recharge HSO services to internal and external customers
  • Prepare, analyze, and present HSO reports, mainly in Qlik

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP FI, CO, and PS modules
  • Qlik experience is desirable
