Contracts Analyst at IQVIA — Sofia Hybrid

Support client contract administration, scopes of work, and project budgets at IQVIA in Sofia. Partner with project management, finance, legal, and commercial teams on contract delivery.

Description

  • Prepare, review, and maintain client contracts in line with IQVIA standards and procedures
  • Work with Project Management, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to establish contractual terms
  • Help negotiate, draft, and update contracts, scopes of work, and related budgets
  • Confirm that scopes of work are specific and that budgets accurately match agreed services
  • Assist with contract amendments and change orders
  • Serve as the main customer contact for contract matters on small and mid-sized projects
  • Provide contracting support to senior team members on medium and large projects
  • Coordinate assigned contracting activities to ensure timely completion
  • Keep contract records and documentation accurate in IQVIA systems and tracking tools
  • Recognize and escalate risks involving contract scope, schedules, or budgets
  • Contribute to departmental projects, training, and ongoing process improvements
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business management, or a related discipline
  • At least one year of experience in contracts, contract administration, budgeting, project coordination, or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience
  • Familiarity with CRO, pharmaceutical, clinical research, or laboratory environments is preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, including managing competing deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers
  • Foundational negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with an interest in continued development
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Consistent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical reasoning
  • Effective organization and time management
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and communicate with stakeholders
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to perform effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced setting
