Contracts Administration Advisor – Chantilly, VA

Peraton is seeking a Contracts Administration Advisor to support complex Intelligence Community contracts in Chantilly, Virginia. The role covers contract advising, negotiations, compliance, and new business proposals.

Description

  • Oversee a varied portfolio of FFP, FPIF, CPFF, T&M, and other contracts for Intelligence Community customers
  • Work with program management teams to assess contract terms, determine modification or extension requirements, and support compliance
  • Use FAR/DFARS knowledge to address regulatory obligations, resolve OCI concerns, and maintain Export Control compliance
  • Support proposal development and new business pursuits with contract guidance
  • Confirm final contract documents capture negotiated terms and manage communications needed for timely execution
  • Keep contract records complete, accurate, and current
  • Advise the line of business to help programs remain on schedule and compliant

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of federal contracts management experience, or 12 years of equivalent experience in place of a degree
  • Experience with FAR/DFARS, customer relationships, negotiations, OCI identification and resolution through avoidance and mitigation plans, and Export Control requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contract types, including Firm Fixed Price, Fixed Price Incentive Fee, Cost Plus Fixed Price, and Time and Material
  • Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance competing priorities
  • Willingness to travel locally approximately 10% of the time
  • US citizenship required
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required
