Contract Manager – Avignon Hybrid

Lead contract management for YEVO’s industrial engineering consultancy, overseeing risks, claims, disputes, and project commitments. Coordinate project, legal, procurement, supplier, and client stakeholders in a hybrid Avignon role.

Description

  • Manage contracts across the full project lifecycle, from implementation to closeout
  • Assess contractual risks, develop mitigation plans, and help project teams protect commitments
  • Oversee contract amendments, changes, claims, and potential disputes involving partners and subcontractors
  • Advise project managers and technical teams on clause interpretation and contractual decisions
  • Monitor compliance with commitments, deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Bring together technical, procurement, legal, supplier, and client stakeholders
  • Create dashboards, prepare management reports, and contribute to project reviews

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in law, engineering, or business, specializing in contract management
  • At least five years of contract management experience on construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
  • Strong understanding of contract law, amendments, and claims procedures
  • Effective relationship-building skills with technical and legal stakeholders
  • Methodical, analytical, concise, and capable of working independently
  • Ability to communicate verbally with international teams in English
