Contract Analyst II Ohio Remote

Remote Contract Analyst II role supporting supplier contracts, membership data, and pricing records for Cencora’s healthcare distribution business. The position resolves contract and invoice discrepancies with suppliers, distribution centers, and internal teams.

Description

  • Maintain contract pricing and membership data in the contract management database.
  • Manage assigned supplier contract files and supplier relationships.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned suppliers and help resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain contract documentation files.
  • Review contract maintenance reports and update database records as needed.
  • Maintain exception reports and assess pricing and membership data.
  • Investigate contract discrepancies, determine root causes, and recommend suitable resolutions.
  • Coordinate complex issue resolution with internal departments and supplier representatives.
  • Provide support for EDI technology projects involving assigned suppliers.
  • Contribute to management initiatives and process improvement activities.
  • Work with distribution centers to troubleshoot contract discrepancies and correct membership and pricing data.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies associated with assigned supplier contracts.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

  • Two to three years of relevant experience.
