Create video content for Culinary Agency, a social media agency serving the hospitality sector. Film with an iPhone and edit Reels for restaurants, hotels, and chefs.

Description

  • Collaborate with a Senior Content Creator across a portfolio of approximately 8 to 9 clients.
  • Film at client locations, mainly throughout the Île-de-France region.
  • Use an iPhone to capture dishes, techniques, chefs, teams, venues, and guest experiences.
  • Choose angles, framing, and sequences that communicate each client’s unique identity.
  • Edit short-form Reels for social media channels.
  • Tailor each deliverable to the client’s brand identity and visual guidelines.
  • Track developments across social media, food, and hospitality content.
  • Build toward independent work while producing an average of 130 to 140 content pieces per month per two-person team.
  • Support projects involving Michelin-starred restaurants, chefs, public figures, hotels, and hospitality groups.

Requirements

  • At least one early professional experience is required, such as an internship, work-study placement, or first job.
  • Experience in hotels, restaurants, or the wider hospitality sector is a strong advantage.
  • Prior experience creating content and filming or editing video with an iPhone.
  • A genuine interest in gastronomy, luxury hospitality, or premium brands and environments.
  • A well-developed aesthetic perspective and strong visual awareness.
  • Enjoyment of both filming and video editing.
  • Working knowledge of Instagram conventions and short-form video formats.
  • Curiosity about emerging trends and content formats.
  • Strong organizational ability and close attention to detail.
  • Care about the quality of deliverables, spelling, and final refinements.
  • Comfort working in a young, ambitious, and demanding environment.
  • Motivation to learn quickly, produce substantial content, and keep improving.

  • The company provides an iPhone, computer, and filming and editing equipment.
  • Preferred work-study arrangement: four days with the company and one day at school.
  • A schedule of three weeks with the company and one week at school may also be considered.
  • Expect approximately 1 to 1.5 days per week at client sites and at least two half-days in the office.
  • Working hours vary according to filming schedules.
