Description

  • Own Microsoft 365 administration, including tenant configuration, policy management, and governance
  • Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, and MFA services
  • Create and deploy Conditional Access policies and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps controls
  • Build and maintain Microsoft Intune policies for device management, application delivery, compliance, and security
  • Administer SCCM/MECM environments covering endpoint provisioning, software deployment, patching, and reporting
  • Maintain and improve Enterprise Mobility + Security solutions
  • Manage Exchange Server and Exchange Online across hybrid deployments and migration programmes
  • Administer Microsoft Teams, Enterprise Voice, telephony integrations, and Poly video conferencing solutions
  • Support SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams adoption, configuration, and migration initiatives
  • Execute tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations with industry-standard tooling
  • Write PowerShell scripts and develop automation solutions
  • Resolve complex end-user computing and collaboration-platform issues through third-line support and troubleshooting
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures
  • Help deliver secure, modern, efficient end-user computing environments and digital workplace transformation initiatives

Requirements

  • Substantial experience administering Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, and MFA
  • Practical experience implementing Conditional Access and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps
  • Strong command of Microsoft Intune and endpoint-management best practices
  • Professional experience administering SCCM/MECM environments
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Mobility + Security technologies and security frameworks
  • Experience managing Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and hybrid Exchange environments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration, Enterprise Voice, and collaboration technologies
  • Experience delivering migrations involving SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
  • Familiarity with tenant-to-tenant migration projects and their supporting tools
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities
  • Availability to work on site in Central London 2–3 days per week
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert is desirable
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) is desirable
  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) is desirable
  • Microsoft Security Certifications, including SC-200, SC-400, or SC-100, are desirable
