Cloud Application Architect (.NET, AWS) – CI&T | Hybrid Brazil

Description
- Architect and modernize enterprise applications on AWS
- Partner with AWS specialists through CI&T’s strategic relationship with Amazon
- Develop solutions for a major financial-services client
- Build with serverless, containerized, event-driven, and distributed-system architectures
- Bring generative AI capabilities into production environments
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience architecting and implementing resilient, containerized, serverless AWS applications using Lambda, Step Functions, and ECS/EKS Fargate, including concurrency, dead-letter queues, retries, and cost optimization
- Experience creating contract-first APIs with API Gateway and OpenAPI 3.x, including versioning, authentication, and real-time channels such as SSE and MCP
- Experience implementing event-driven systems with SNS, SQS, and EventBridge, with attention to ordering, idempotency, and low latency
- Production experience integrating generative AI through agents, Amazon Bedrock, RAG, Guardrails, and quality evaluation
- Working knowledge of Python and Angular
- Familiarity with AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, ECS/EKS Fargate, and Bedrock
- Understanding of event-driven architectures and distributed-systems patterns such as sagas, eventual consistency, and circuit breakers
- Understanding of application security and IAM practices, including least privilege and RBAC/ABAC
- Knowledge of operational observability with CloudWatch or Datadog, SLI/SLO practices, infrastructure as code with Terraform, and CI/CD
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and/or AWS Certified Developer – Associate credentials are advantageous
