Clinical Sales Representative - Idaho Remote

Lead clinical sales and adoption of Intuitive’s da Vinci robotic surgery system across Idaho. Train surgical teams, expand system use, and drive sales of instruments and accessories.

Description

  • Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to create a strategy that increases robotic system utilization
  • Train and mentor surgical teams through operating-room integration and da Vinci Surgery applications
  • Provide clinical expertise on da Vinci Surgery across core surgical specialties
  • Support regional Sales and Marketing events that build system awareness and encourage procedure adoption
  • Create a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to support independent system use
  • Grow the user base through collaboration with key opinion leaders
  • Sell da Vinci instruments and accessories
  • Coach and support new team members
  • Handle administrative responsibilities, sales activities, and expense reporting
  • Conduct clinical sales of the da Vinci Surgical System throughout Idaho

Requirements

  • Reside in or be willing to relocate to Boise, Idaho
  • Bring at least five years of sales experience, including two or more years in healthcare sales
  • Be able to travel up to 25%
  • Be available to work nights and weekends when needed
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree
  • Provide current vaccination documentation for certain diseases, including COVID-19, if required
  • Have knowledge of the operating-room environment, preferred
  • Demonstrate a successful performance record
  • Show ambition and a strong work ethic
  • Perform effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced setting
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities

  • Total target compensation is $233,244 in Region 1 or $223,200 in Region 2, comprising base pay, commission, benefits, and equity
