- Create civil drawing packages for data center sites covering grading, drainage, erosion control, utilities, and site layouts.
- Complete drawing updates within one day during permitting and construction phases.
- Develop and manage civil CAD standards, including templates, layers, and detail libraries.
- Review civil sheets alongside structural and architectural models to flag conflicts before construction in the field.
- Produce permit exhibits, plats, and revisions requested by agencies.
- Support the design and delivery of large-scale data centers and next-generation infrastructure.
Requirements
- Professional experience preparing civil construction documents in Civil 3D or AutoCAD that were issued for construction and built.
- Experience creating surfaces, grading, corridors, and pipe networks in Civil 3D, from survey data through completed drawing sheets.
- Ability to convert engineer redlines into finalized sheets under same-day deadlines.
- Ability to keep drawing packages internally consistent, including callouts, matchlines, and referenced details.
- Experience working against permitting and submittal deadlines.
- Experience establishing or maintaining CAD standards used by other drafters.
- Data center, industrial, or utility-scale solar site experience is a plus.
- Experience with Revit or Navisworks coordination is a plus.
- Survey data processing experience is a plus.
- Permit exhibit and plat preparation experience is a plus.
- Erosion control and SWPPP drawing experience is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
