Description
- Develop and direct the Group’s technology, digital, and AI strategy in support of business priorities and long-term growth
- Establish the Group’s technology vision, enterprise architecture standards, and strategic priorities across EVA Medicine, Limitless Care, and Care Point
- Create technology investment principles and governance that connect major investments with strategic value, business outcomes, and measurable ROI
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and digital solutions that meet business needs and create new opportunities
- Develop digital and AI-enabled business models that support growth, efficiency, and market differentiation
- Build a future-ready technology organization with the leadership structure and capabilities required for transformation and expansion
- Advance Group-wide process optimization through digital and technology-enabled solutions
- Provide strategic oversight of cybersecurity, data governance, resilience, and technology risk
- Set and lead the Group’s AI agenda by identifying, scaling, and embedding high-impact use cases
- Establish responsible AI governance and operating practices across all AI initiatives
- Partner with business leaders to apply technology, data, and emerging AI capabilities to business models, organizational capability, customer and patient experiences, and new opportunities
- Coordinate senior technology leaders across Digital, Product, Engineering, ERP, Data and AI, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity
- Ensure technology investments and initiatives produce measurable business impact, value, and return on investment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field
- At least 15 years of senior technology leadership experience, including substantial tenure as a CTO, CIO, CDO, or equivalent Group-level executive
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing Group-level technology, digital, and AI strategies across multiple businesses, markets, or entities
- Proven ability to make technology a strategic business enabler, supported by strong commercial and strategic judgment
- Strong knowledge of AI, data, digital platforms, and emerging technologies, with the ability to connect them to business value
