Description

  • Develop end-to-end category strategies with stakeholders to deliver procurement targets
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Serve as Nokia’s strategic supplier interface and strengthen supplier partnerships
  • Improve supplier performance and lead supplier development initiatives
  • Assess supplier-market dynamics and adapt to changes in supply conditions
  • Lead supplier selection, supplier-base development, and new-supplier identification
  • Manage RFx activities from supplier selection through onboarding
  • Lead contract and pricing negotiations to secure favorable terms for Nokia
  • Conduct recurring price and cost renegotiations to meet savings objectives
  • Ensure contracts, NDAs, and required appendices are completed
  • Perform supplier audits and assessments to strengthen delivery capability and quality
  • Maintain compliance with procurement processes, SOX, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations
  • Lead regular supplier business review meetings
  • Reduce supplier risk through multisource qualification and financial assessments
  • Support Nokia’s ESG strategy and its implementation across suppliers
  • Own and report agreed procurement KPIs

Requirements

  • Ability to develop and implement end-to-end category strategies aligned with procurement targets
  • Skill in analyzing supplier-market dynamics and applying insights to procurement decisions
  • Experience identifying, assessing, and onboarding suppliers while developing the existing supplier base
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills across internal teams and external suppliers
  • Ability to establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships
  • Proven experience leading contract and pricing negotiations
  • Ability to manage RFx processes from supplier selection through onboarding
  • Experience improving supplier performance and leading regular performance reviews
  • Ability to reduce supplier risk through multisource qualification and financial assessments
  • Working knowledge of procurement processes, SOX, and applicable statutory requirements
  • Experience conducting supplier audits and assessments
  • Knowledge of implementing ESG strategies with suppliers
  • Accountability for agreed KPIs and clear performance reporting
  • Ability to organize and lead regular supplier business reviews
