Description
- Manage and develop IT systems and platforms across Data & Analytics
- Ensure data quality and reliable data flows
- Improve backend and frontend solution performance
- Document technical solutions and processes
- Contribute to development projects from design through implementation
- Work with business stakeholders to understand and address customer needs
- Attend customer meetings and major tender processes to identify customer needs and ISS value propositions
- Strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing across ISS BI teams
- Gradually grow into the Platform Lead role
Requirements
- Relevant post-secondary education
- At least five years of relevant professional experience, focused on Tableau and Databricks or equivalent technologies
- Understanding of effective platform protection through security principles
- Customer-facing experience, preferably involving tenders and contracts
- Ability to turn customer needs into concrete solution proposals
- Comfortable working professionally in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
- Experience in facility management or a similar industry is an advantage
- Experience working in a global organization is an advantage
