Description

  • Set and maintain business information management standards that support enterprise data governance
  • Develop business information architecture so critical information is represented consistently across the organization
  • Ensure clear ownership, traceability, and observability for critical business information and data assets
  • Create and maintain data-change impact assessment frameworks to inform governance, reporting, and data quality decisions
  • Lead data governance platforms and capabilities covering metadata, lineage, data quality, and governance processes
  • Manage the business glossary, metadata catalogues, and business lineage
  • Advance data governance, regulatory reporting, and data quality across Finance, Risk, Compliance, KYC, Product Development, and Technology
  • Connect data owners, data stewards, and business stakeholders throughout the data lifecycle

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of business information modelling, metadata management, and data lineage
  • A track record of building organizational alignment and adoption around data governance practices
  • Experience managing and enhancing data governance platforms
  • Familiarity with regulatory data management, including BCBS239, risk data aggregation, and reporting requirements, is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities for identifying patterns, dependencies, and impacts across business domains
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining data concepts to business and technology audiences
