Business Executive, Advertising - Score Group Brasil

Business executive responsible for live marketing campaigns, point-of-sale materials, and advertising operations at Score Group Brasil. Coordinates briefs, schedules, budgets, cost controls, allocated funds, and billing in a hybrid Brazil-based role.

Description

  • Oversee live marketing campaigns and point-of-sale materials from system order entry through budget and billing control
  • Partner with the Account Executive to integrate communication projects while maintaining brand standards, budgets, and schedules
  • Build working knowledge of clients’ industries and organizational cultures
  • Create concise communication briefs that reflect strategic priorities and the client’s industry context
  • Record and manage processes and work orders across the Creative, Engineering, Production, and Finance systems
  • Control budgets, work orders, schedules, costs, allocated funds, and billing activities
  • Adapt workflows to each client’s culture to meet deadlines and support client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with Planning, Creative, Engineering, Production, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Create and monitor TaskRow tasks, open Flow jobs, and support the financial payment process
  • Maintain and organize agency files on the internal network

Requirements

  • Completed or ongoing bachelor’s studies in Advertising, Marketing Communications, or Events
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Basecamp, or ProofHub
  • Ability to learn and use the agency’s TaskRow and Flow systems after provided training
  • Strong verbal communication skills for presenting to clients
