Business Analyst – Remote in Brazil
Business Analyst role focused on turning stakeholder needs into actionable requirements for digital transformation initiatives. Support process improvement, delivery coordination, and user acceptance testing with international LATAM teams.
Description
- Engage business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, processes, and requirements
- Collect, assess, and convert business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Create documentation covering requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Review existing processes and identify practical improvement opportunities
- Partner with project managers, product owners, and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve delivery questions
- Help prioritize requests and track decisions, dependencies, risks, and unresolved issues
- Support user acceptance testing by developing scenarios, coordinating feedback, and verifying solutions against business requirements
- Coordinate communication between business and technical stakeholders
- Present project updates, findings, requirements, and recommendations to varied audiences
- Manage multiple initiatives and priorities while keeping documentation accurate and well organized
Requirements
- Three or more years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable position
- Practical experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Background documenting business processes, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including effective questioning and requirements translation
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams
- Experience supporting implementation projects and user acceptance testing
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive issues through resolution
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and standard collaboration tools
- Advanced English communication skills at C1 level and the ability to work effectively with an international team
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio, or comparable requirements and process documentation tools
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
- Experience analyzing reports, KPIs, or business data to inform decisions
- Familiarity with SQL, business intelligence tools, or data-focused initiatives
- Experience in supply chain, distribution, merchandising, or another large enterprise environment
- Experience identifying and recommending business process improvements
