Description

  • Create and maintain recurring management reports and dashboards
  • Review key business measures, trends, and performance indicators
  • Use data analysis to surface opportunities, risks, and developing trends
  • Contribute to performance reporting for management and key stakeholders
  • Design reporting solutions that strengthen visibility, consistency, and decision-making
  • Perform forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario modelling for business planning
  • Evaluate business performance and deliver practical insights and recommendations
  • Help management assess business opportunities and improvement areas
  • Provide analytical input to budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
  • Convert data into useful management information and business intelligence
  • Help develop performance scorecards and reporting frameworks
  • Measure results against agreed objectives and key metrics
  • Deliver analytical support to managers and business stakeholders

Requirements

  • A third-level degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, data analytics, information systems, or a related field
  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or in a comparable analytical position
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including interpreting complex datasets
  • Background in management information, performance reporting, and business insight
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy
  • Ability to explain analytical findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business areas
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is desirable
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau is desirable
  • Experience contributing to forecasting, planning, or budgeting is desirable
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality management practices is desirable
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated sector is desirable
  • Relevant professional qualifications or industry certifications are desirable
