Description

Support Sales and Marketing teams by executing retail events, staff and product training, and visual and digital marketing initiatives
Represent Jetty Extracts professionally at retail events, external activations, and through social media
Present the brand’s history, product benefits, and key messages to dispensary staff, partners, and consumers
Engage and support retail accounts through training, merchandising, events, and promotional activity
Work with Sales and Marketing to uncover account needs, inventory gaps, and growth opportunities
Develop and sustain relationships with retail and dispensary partners
Use CRM tools to record and report weekly activity, including displays, trainings, and events

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong organization and time-management skills
Sales ability, including active listening, objection handling, and negotiation
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
At least two years of experience in events, retail, customer service, or a related field
Genuine interest in the cannabis industry
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to travel regularly within the Denver, Colorado area
Availability Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
