Requirements

Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
Experience in L2 application or production support
Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux and SQL
Experience analyzing logs, monitoring systems, and resolving incidents
Incident and problem management, including root cause analysis
Experience supporting deployments, jobs, access, and application configuration
Experience using ServiceNow
B2 or higher English proficiency
University or technical college studies
Approximately 3–4 years of professional experience
