Descriere

  • Diagnose and resolve application incidents
  • Monitor services, processes, jobs, and alerts
  • Run SQL queries to investigate issues
  • Support deployments and maintenance
  • Document solutions and root cause analyses
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams

Cerințe

  • Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in L2 application or production support
  • Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux and SQL
  • Experience analyzing logs, monitoring systems, and resolving incidents
  • Incident and problem management, including root cause analysis
  • Experience supporting deployments, jobs, access, and application configuration
  • Experience using ServiceNow
  • B2 or higher English proficiency
  • University or technical college studies
  • Approximately 3–4 years of professional experience
  • Preferred: PL/SQL, Autosys, Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, ITRS, Confluence, MongoDB, OpenShift, MQ, patches, automation, and deployment tools
