Description

  • Sell Genius® and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in restaurant, retail, and service markets.
  • Build and manage a steady pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
  • Lead consultative, value-focused presentations both in person and virtually.
  • Show businesses how Genius® can simplify payments, improve operations, and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Partner with the District Manager to uncover opportunities, schedule appointments, and close short-cycle sales.
  • Keep Atlas and Salesforce records accurate, including call notes, follow-ups, and client communications.

Requirements

  • At least one year of B2B or B2C outside sales experience.
  • Demonstrated B2B sales success, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Able to build relationships and sell effectively in person and virtually.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, results-oriented, competitive, and collaborative.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to quickly connect with business owners and build trust.
  • Willing to spend 75% of working time in the field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Residence within two hours of the job posting location.
