Description

  • Develop process analyses, functional specifications, and business process models
  • Support the development and implementation of advanced data and AI solutions, including generative AI
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and products
  • Ensure deliverables are relevant, accurate, and aligned with client-approved requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, bridging business and technology teams
  • Contribute to Data Platform, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence projects

Requirements

  • At least three years of proven experience analyzing as-is processes and implementing to-be solutions for Data Platforming, AI, or broader Data Science initiatives
  • Experience preparing, managing, and executing functional analyses and test lists
  • Ability to model information requirements, including entities, attributes, and relationships
  • Ability to define metrics and indicators unambiguously
  • Familiarity with dimensional models, including star and snowflake schemas, and data mart concepts
  • Knowledge of data management services and AI services used for automated content generation
  • Statistical or analytical knowledge and programming experience with SQL or Python are advantageous
  • Knowledge of OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot is advantageous
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK and with Data Management concepts is advantageous
  • Excellent time management, project coordination, and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to support junior colleagues through strong communication and mentoring skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Analytical and curious team player with patient problem-solving skills, a quality-focused approach, and a proactive, innovative mindset
