Description

  • Use consultative selling techniques on the retail sales floor
  • Help customers evaluate AT&T products and service options
  • Build customer relationships through personalized sales guidance
  • Achieve sales goals and earn commission through AT&T offerings
  • Represent AT&T at community events
  • Process online customer orders
  • Contact current and prospective customers by phone
  • Work scheduled shifts from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., including weekends

Requirements

  • Availability for shifts scheduled between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends
  • Adaptability in a fast-moving environment and openness to change
  • Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is helpful but not required
  • Ability to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week
