Sell AT&T wireless, internet, and phone services to customers in Norfolk through consultative, personalized support. Manage orders, customer outreach, and sales goals while working scheduled retail shifts, including weekends.

- Use consultative selling techniques on the retail sales floor
- Help customers evaluate AT&T products and service options
- Build customer relationships through personalized sales guidance

- Represent AT&T at community events
- Process online customer orders
- Contact current and prospective customers by phone
- Work scheduled shifts from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., including weekends

- Adaptability in a fast-moving environment and openness to change
- Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to achieve and surpass sales targets
