Associate Sales Representative – Heerlen Hybrid

Medtronic is hiring an Associate Sales Representative in Heerlen to sell healthcare service agreements to hospital customers across Western Europe. The role supports tenders, sales forecasting, service revenue, and field sales teams through office-based, remote, and customer-facing work.

Description

  • Promote Medtronic’s service portfolio across countries in Western Europe
  • Sell service solutions to hospital customers, including biomedical engineers and procurement professionals
  • Partner with Operating Units to develop service contracts and grow service revenue
  • Develop customer relationships and present service agreements by phone and in person
  • Create, manage, and track service-agreement opportunities in SFDC using opportunity and attach-rate dashboards
  • Review service opportunities in regular virtual or in-person meetings and agree action plans with District Sales Managers and Sales Representatives
  • Participate in local business events and meetings
  • Advise field sales representatives on service-agreement offerings and related financial arrangements
  • Help country sales teams address service-related tender questions and submit suitable service-agreement responses
  • Deliver reliable service forecasts to leadership and national and district sales managers
  • Exchange best practices with Inside Sales teams in other markets and apply effective service-selling approaches

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Fluency in English, German, and Dutch
  • Strong prioritization skills and timely responses to internal and external customer inquiries
  • Adaptable, flexible, detail-oriented, and analytically capable
  • Clear and confident verbal communication skills
