Associate Consultant, Full Stack Development

Description
- Develop and maintain web applications with Java, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build and support backend services and REST APIs for business applications.
- Create responsive, accessible, easy-to-use front-end experiences.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software.
- Take part in code reviews, sprint planning, estimation, and other Agile practices.
- Investigate application issues and defects, and help resolve them promptly.
- Learn and contribute to MarTech platforms, integrations, and customer engagement solutions.
- Build technical skills and adapt to changing business and technology needs.
Requirements
- Solid programming fundamentals in Java.
- Working knowledge of Node.js development.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and web application architecture.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and software engineering practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- One to two years of professional software development experience.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Preferred: Exposure to modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Preferred: Basic understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Agile development methods.
- Preferred: Awareness of cloud platforms or CI/CD practices.
- Preferred: Interest in digital marketing technologies and customer experience platforms.
