Assistant Manager, Internal Audit - Nestlé, Lahore

Description
- Deliver internal audit engagements across Nestlé locations and business units, including offices, factories, distribution centers, shared service centers, third-party providers, and newly acquired businesses.
- Assist the Audit Team Leader with initial risk assessments and engagement planning.
- Examine documentation, interview stakeholders, and begin audit testing with available tools.
- Develop detailed working papers that record findings and substantiate audit conclusions.
- Build effective stakeholder relationships, address concerns, and resolve conflicts through clear communication and collaboration.
- Carry out special reviews and ad hoc work, including fraud investigations and cross-functional initiatives.
- Monitor audit findings and recommendation follow-up to help improve internal controls.
- Contribute to governance, risk management, internal control, and advisory activities.
Requirements
- Hold a professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or ACCA, or a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, auditing, business administration, economics, engineering, mathematics, environment and sustainability, artificial intelligence, or data sciences.
- Additional certifications such as CIA, CFE, or CISA are advantageous.
- Bring 3–5 years of relevant experience from an international accounting or audit firm or a large FMCG organization.
- Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, or Industrial Performance is advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
