- Research and develop new sourcing resources
- Help resolve product quality and delivery issues
- Manage a brand or product category and report to the Director
- Build working relationships with cross-functional partners, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external teams
- Coordinate internal and external teams and Time and Action plans to meet IMU, quality, and delivery goals
- Review pre-season and post-season results, then present findings and action plans to executive management
- Maintain detailed product cost records, including CIP and fabric costs
- Negotiate program pricing and delivery terms
- Track quality and delivery metrics and lead improvement efforts
- Manage move-outs, cancellations, and related liabilities
- Complete assigned special projects
- Coordinate sourcing strategy execution and performance across functions
Requirements
- One to three years of related experience in retail, apparel manufacturing, quality, or trade agreements is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build relationships across functions
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
