Description

  • Oversee trade lifecycles across multiple asset classes.
  • Create Python-based agentic AI workflows and MLOps solutions to automate operational tasks and reconciliations.
  • Attribute daily P&L and explain variances through analysis of market movements, Greeks, and new trading activity.
  • Develop AI agents with the OpenAI API, LangChain, or local LLMs to detect anomalies in trade data and generate P&L commentary.
  • Maintain data integrity across trading systems, middle-office platforms, and downstream finance ledgers.
  • Produce AI-assisted reports and analyses of trading performance.
  • Conduct ad hoc business analytics.
  • Build real-time machine learning risk models to forecast market volatility and flag emerging cross-market risks.
  • Create and maintain risk reporting dashboards for the trading desk.
  • Drive modernization of trading operations, risk monitoring, and manual legacy processes.
  • Develop real-time tools and analyses to visualize performance.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in front-office operations, quantitative development, or a combination of risk management and systems architecture at a financial institution.
  • Expert Python skills for AI and machine learning.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience creating agentic AI workflows is a significant advantage.
  • Understanding of P&L attribution, financial controls, market risk measures such as Greeks and VaR, financial markets, and financial products.
  • A systems-oriented approach to operations and automation.
  • Able to work in a high-intensity environment, including extended hours when needed to support global trading.
