AI Automation Specialist - Philippines Remote

Description

  • Develop AI agents and automations for accounting and administrative workflows
  • Create billing automations that retrieve and analyse XPM reports and prepare draft client invoices for review
  • Design email workflows that interpret incoming client messages and generate accurate draft replies for team approval
  • Automate recurring administrative tasks in response to team priorities and operational challenges
  • Integrate AI tools with business systems using APIs and connected platforms
  • Monitor, diagnose, and improve automation workflows for reliable and accurate performance
  • Create workflow documentation that enables the team to operate and maintain each automation
  • Collaborate with managers and accountants to assess needs and uncover suitable automation opportunities

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI agents and automation solutions in a live business setting
  • Ability to develop workflows that retrieve and analyse XPM reports to produce draft client invoices
  • Ability to create automations that process incoming client emails and prepare draft replies for review
  • Experience automating recurring administrative activities
  • Practical experience using LLM tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot
  • Experience with automation platforms including Make, Zapier, n8n, or Power Automate
  • Solid knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and structured data
  • Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written English and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical colleagues
  • Exceptional attention to detail when handling financial and client information
  • Experience with Xero Practice Manager, Xero, or comparable accounting practice software is desirable
  • Background supporting an Australian accounting or professional services firm is desirable
  • Experience automating workflows in Microsoft 365 and Outlook is desirable
  • Disclosure of any existing ongoing roles or client engagements is required
  • This engagement must be listed on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
