Description

  • Shape and develop the core architecture, integrations, and application layers
  • Build and integrate AI capabilities including LLMs, semantic search, and analytics
  • Create a modular, containerized platform with Docker and an API-first design
  • Integrate ERP platforms and data sources through adapter-based logic
  • Help define product strategy and maintain the technical roadmap
  • Choose and establish a durable open-source technology stack
  • Build relationships across Estonian tech communities, partners, and startup programs
  • Work with Estonian funding organizations, programs, and other relevant stakeholders

Requirements

  • Professional software development experience, preferably with Python, backend systems, or APIs
  • Working knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, or LLM integrations
  • Experience designing systems and working with container technologies
  • Strong grasp of data structures, data modeling, and distributed systems
  • Genuine interest in open-source communities and privacy-oriented technology
  • Ability to independently organize and deliver technical solutions
  • Entrepreneurial drive and interest in joining as a co-founder
  • Strong networking orientation, ideally with startup ecosystem experience; Estonia experience is advantageous
