Description
- Verify invoice details such as amounts, taxes, CFOP codes, and CNPJ numbers
- Investigate differences among invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
- Record invoices in the SAP ERP system
- Update purchase orders when required
- Communicate with suppliers and assist internal procurement teams
- Monitor purchase order progress
Requirements
- High school completion is required
- Current higher education studies are considered a plus
- Prior experience in finance or comparable work
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of tax accounting records and ancillary tax filings
- Familiarity with SAP ERP, TOTVS Protheus, and Domínio Sistemas
- Basic understanding of accounting and tax withholding
- Capacity to manage high volumes of data and tax documentation
