Description
- Edit, organize, and maintain business and executive communications
- Manage projects from initiation through completion, tracking action items, deadlines, and team updates
- Research business topics, consolidate findings, and prepare materials for decisions and recommendations
- Maintain departmental documentation, processes, and procedures
- Spot opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Provide administrative assistance across Executive Operations assignments and priorities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least three years of administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities
- Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive or confidential information
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
