Accounts Receivable Associate - Houston, TX (Onsite)
Manage customer accounts receivable by pursuing current and overdue payments, reviewing balances, resolving payment inquiries, and supporting invoice and receipt requests in Houston.
Description
- Review customer accounts and identify outstanding balances using established procedures
- Contact customers to collect current and overdue payments
- Report payment discrepancies to the supervisor
- Escalate customer inquiries that require additional investigation or resolution
- Support location-based receipt and payment inquiries
- Provide customers with invoice copies when requested
- Complete other related responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Demonstrated attention to detail and dedication to accurate work
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Well-developed organizational abilities
- Proficiency with relevant computer applications
- Ability to remain seated at a desk for extended periods, communicate by phone, participate in virtual meetings, and work on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
