Accounting Analyst - Sao Paulo (Hybrid)

Description
- Prepare ancillary tax filings, including DIRF, ECD, and ECF
- Calculate IRPJ and CSLL under the Actual Profit and Presumed Profit regimes
- Prepare financial statements
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Validate fixed assets
- Review expense entries
- Apply appropriate accounting classifications
- Record payroll entries
- Reconcile the tax ledger
- Report accounting information to clients each month
- Assist with audits and tax inspections
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Active professional accounting registration with the CRC
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Previous BPO experience under the Actual Profit tax regime preferred
- Knowledge of the MXM integrated system is an advantage
- Intermediate English proficiency is an advantage
