  • Oversee daily Academic Affairs operations across Baptist Health academic programs
  • Coordinate credentialing and clearance for students, residents, and observers
  • Work with students, universities, physicians, and senior administrators
  • Support a high-quality academic experience

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree
  • Have at least two years of experience
  • Experience in a university or academic medical center is preferred
  • Prior experience managing student rotations or credentialing is preferred
  • Maintain confidentiality and communicate diplomatically
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
