ABB EL Sales Specialist – EU (Remote, China)

ABB is seeking a remote EL Sales Specialist in China to grow electrification product sales across the EU market. The role focuses on customer relationships, digital solutions, and sales of electrical products and services.

Description

  • Drive product, systems, and services sales while meeting targets for assigned business units and product groups.
  • Build strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and present the full range of relevant offerings.
  • Tailor solutions to customer requirements and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Find and develop new market opportunities within the assigned market.
  • Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers.
  • Handle administrative processes associated with sales activities.
  • Provide support for collections and project management as required.
  • Meet qualitative and quantitative sales objectives for sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science or engineering; electrical or automation engineering is preferred.
  • At least three years of sales experience in a related industry.
  • Proven sales capability combined with digital skills and knowledge.
  • Experience with and understanding of digitalization or automation projects.
  • Strong capacity and willingness to learn.
