3D Reporting Analyst – Brand Protection
Investigate online counterfeiting, phishing, and other brand abuses for CSC while producing reports and supporting intellectual property enforcement. Collaborate with global teams and use proprietary tools, open-source research, and data analysis to protect major brands.
Description
- Review and enforce web results using intellectual property expertise, knowledge of online brand abuse, and customer-specific brand information.
- Collaborate with global teams to align work with each customer’s brand-monitoring strategy.
- Use open-source online resources to investigate potentially fraudulent activity.
- Prepare and deliver consultative reports documenting online instances of brand abuse.
- Analyze large datasets to identify relevant trends and anomalies.
- Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers.
- Identify, report, and enforce misuse of intellectual property affecting major global brands.
- Combine proprietary software with open-source research methods to detect and report fraud, including counterfeiting and phishing.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strength in internet research.
- Previous online brand-protection experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of online trademark and copyright infringement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional organization and ability to prioritize work without supervision.
- Track record of producing accurate, high-quality work with close attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate directly, openly, and honestly with customers and coworkers.
- Experience in a technology-driven environment is an advantage.
