Territory Sales Manager, Minnesota (Remote) | CELSIUS
Lead CELSIUS retail execution across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels in Minnesota. Manage distributor relationships, store visits, merchandising, and sales performance metrics.
विवरण
- Drive CELSIUS perfect-store execution by expanding SKU distribution, shelf space, displays, and promotional activity
- Implement brand strategy across retail accounts throughout the assigned territory
- Complete account audits, identify opportunities, and record field insights in the CRM system
- Work with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and key account calls
- Support regional sales programs under the direction of the District or Regional Sales Manager
- Join weekly sales calls to assess performance and establish goals
- Meet and report daily, weekly, and quarterly KPI targets
- Represent the CELSIUS brand across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels
- Visit approximately 12 to 15 stores each day
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least one year of consumer goods sales experience, preferably in beverages, distributor sales, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to pass an MVR screening
- Strong business judgment and an entrepreneurial approach
- Comfort with frequent, face-to-face customer interactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present information and engage large peer groups
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms and field sales reporting systems
